Mapping Maths Careers

Our Year 7 students have been exploring the wider world of mathematics, investigating the diverse range of careers that rely on strong numeracy skills. By creating detailed mind maps, students linked their current classroom learning to various professional paths, to begin thinking about how these concepts apply beyond the school gates.

The classroom was full of creativity as students mapped out an impressive array of career ideas, recognising how maths is a skill used every day. We are delighted to see our students engaging so thoughtfully with their future prospects.
