Fantastic Taster Session

In December, a group of our Year 7 and 8 students enjoyed a fantastic opportunity to take part in a free table tennis taster session. The workshop was led by the founder and two members of the Hertsmere Women’s Table Tennis Club, who provided expert guidance to our budding athletes.

Miss Tinsley, Head of Girls PE, was delighted with the session and noted that the club founder was incredibly impressed with the students' attitude, ability, and manners. It was a pleasure to see our students engaging so positively with a new sport and representing the Academy with such distinction. They were even invited to a further open session in January.
