Year 7 Awards

Earlier this term, Mr Gillett, Executive Headteacher, delivered an inspirational assembly to our Year 7 students, exploring the incredible technological advances of the modern world. The session focused on the exciting innovations expected throughout the students' lifetimes, encouraging them to think big about their future roles in an evolving landscape.

The assembly also provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate academic success, as Mr Gillett personally congratulated students who earned awards last term. Subject award winners were individually selected by their teachers for their hard work, with special categories including digital leadership for those making exceptional use of independent learning resources.

We are incredibly proud of how well our youngest students are embracing the Hertswood motto of 'Aim High.' Their dedication to both their studies and the opportunities of the future is truly commendable.
