Charity Thanks

Last term, Hertswood was proud to receive visits and thanks from some of our key charity partners. Faye, Community Engagement Officer from Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, visited the Academy in person to celebrate our fundraising efforts throughout 2025. She presented a giant cheque representing the funds raised by one of our brilliant charity music projects, which will support their vital work in providing paediatric palliative care.

We also received a wonderful card from Hertfordshire Mind Network, thanking our community for supporting their mission to improve mental health and wellbeing across the county. These partnerships are incredibly important to us, and we are delighted to contribute to such worthy causes.

Hertswood’s staff and students take great pride in our fundraising projects. We would like to thank the teams at Noah’s Ark and Herts Mind for the outstanding work they do, and we look forward to continuing our support for them in the future.
