World Book Day

For World Book Day on Thursday 2nd February, many of Hertswood's staff got into the spirit of the event by dressing up as one of their favourite characters! Students could also take part with a scavenger hunt to discover all of the characters, and raise money for the Year 11 Prom.

World Book Day is worldwide celebration of books and reading, marked in over a hundred countries around the globe, and first recognised in the UK in 1997. You can learn more at worldbookday.com.
