District Tournament Victory

Congratulations to our Year 8 Football Team, who last week won the District 7-A-Side Football Tournament!

The event was hosted at Hertswood on Wednesday 24th January, with seven schools competing. The players showed incredible quality and maturity through the whole tournament, including the tense final match where they defeated Onslow St Audrey's School 1-0.

Today the students met with Headteacher, Peter Gillett, to mark their achievement. Each of the players earned House Points as well as Amazon gift vouchers for their effort and teamwork at the competition.
