If you are still stuck, contact, being sure to include your child's name, year group, the site they are trying to access and the specific issue they are having.

For any other queries, see our list of Frequently Asked Questions, or for further assistance please contact, including your child's name, form group, and who your query is for (if you know).

Below are the key sites students and parents will need.

The Student Hub is a central location for students to access the different sites and services Hertswood Academy makes use of. The links on the right side are our most used online platforms for students.

The Login Help page of the Student Hub is perhaps the most important at the moment. If you're stuck for how to access a site, or have forgotten your password, take a look here for advice.

Google Classroom is where students can find their work during the closure. In addition to classes for subjects, each Year Group has its own classroom where your Head of Learning and Senior Staff will post your Weekly Work Plan, daily registers, and other activities.
